Bandicam Video and Image Settings

Press on the video icon, here two fields-

1. Record
2. Format-MP4 

Record 

It contains 5 checklists in which-

• Record/Stop Hotkey 
• Pause Hotkey
• Show Mouse cursor 
• Add Mouse click effect 
• Add webcam overlay 

You can choose a record or stop hotkey. This is a shortcut key for your recording. You can manually set a button, by default it is F12. 

If you want to shortcut key for the pause button during your recording, also you can set it manually by default it is shift + F12.

Format-MP4 

It contains two fields- Video and Audio.
Press on setting you will see the following Windows, where you can choose file types like- AVI or MP4. 
Next line video field, here you can select the size of your video. Also, you can set FPS, Codec, and Quality, etc.

Audio -In this field, you can manually set the format of your audio. 
On the left of the setting, hear the preset which you want to define. If you want to make a recording for YouTube, then also you can set according to it. Here are the different preset available, you can choose any of them for your best and user-friendly records. 

In the top right corner, you have three buttons - 

• Pause
• Record/Stop
• Camera 

whenever you press on the record button, your PC will automatically start to record or it can give instruction to choose the area of recording as we have discussed early. You can anytime minimize your application and continue to your recording.

Image Settings

Hotkey- It is a shortcut key to capture your screen. You can manually set, by default it is F11.
Similarly, other fields of capture give you permission to set manually. You can select a checklist as per your requirements.

There's settings button, where you can select the default logo and many more.
Format- Here you can choose the format of an image that is captured by Bandicam.
Ex. JPG,PNG,BMP, etc.
