Engineer's Day 2020- Engineers day is celebrated each year on 15 September. This day is dedicated to the great engineer Sir M. Visvesvaraya and also to remember all his dedication engineers day is celebrated with lots of joy and activities.

Engineer's Day - 2019
Sir Visvesvaraya was one of the great engineer. He has done many managed and unforgettable work to make it easy and simple like Dam, Bridge, Drinking water etc. 

The main purpose to celebrate engineers day is to inspire the young generation to come in engineering. Not only to enter in engineering but also to understand the importance of Engineering and become a successful engineer. 

Engineers plays important role to make the country developed and prosperous. 

Engineering is a broad field. Now in India, many subjects are part of Engineering. Also, India is the first leading country in Information Technology and Engineering. 

Sir Visvesvaraya was born on 15 September 1861, in Mysore. 

To opening first girls hostel and first grade college, called "Maharani College" credited  to Sir Visvesvaraya. On his efforts many construction work has done like "Bhadravati iron and steel works",  "Krishna Raj Sagar Dam", "Mysore University", "Mysore sandal oil and soap factory" and "Bank of Mysore", etc. 

Sir Visvesvaraya was awarded by "Bharat Ratna" in 1955.
