Day to Day Responsibility:

• You will have to coordinate with partners to ensure their requirements 
• You have to compliance document under various labour act
• You have to maintain a compliance document and Audit when required 
• Providing them inspect 
• You have to respond to two queries for employees on a timely basis 
• You have to update internal compliances on a timely basis 
• You have to monitor overall compliance activities and having checkpoints on critical time 

Who can Apply for this Job: 

• Those who have 2 to 4 years of experience in HR compliance and knowledge of basic statuary laws
• Those who have effective verbal communication, written and presentation skill 
• Those who have basic knowledge of statutory laws 
• Those who have competency in MS Office- Excel or Word
