This festival is specially hosted after Radha and Krishna Holi in Vrindavan. There is a thought, in ancient, Krishna and Radha played Holi in Vrindavan with colours. Even all Gopi's included with them, that is why Holi is celebrated in the month of March, in Hindi it is Phagun.
