The company has not entered into the principal blessing of the exchanges. And hence it's withdrawing its offer for delisting on account of detention and marketable viability. For the September 2021 quarter, Adani group recorded a concerted net loss of Rs 230.60 crore, due to lower earnings. 

According to a BSE report, the company's consolidated net profit for the quarter that ended September 30, 2020, was Rs crore. "A total comprehensive loss after the duty of (-) Rs 239 crore was incurred by the company in the second quarter of FY2021-22, compared to an income of Rs 216 crore for Q2 FY2020- 21, this was due to a massive part of one- time particulars to post-tax profit in Q2 of the former time," the company said in a statement. 

The company's overall income for the quarter was Rs crore, down from Rs crore a time before. According to the company, lesser one-time profit recognition of Rs 233 crore in the alternate quarter of the former time was due to different nonsupervisory directives.
