As customer find there fulfill of choice of foods available on the restaurant, Zomato sales manager plays a keen role to delivering these values by growing and acquiring a relationship with merchants across online ordering, advertisement and gold platform.
Zomato sales team work together simultaneously on multiple fronts, like retention along with the restauranteur experience, user onboarding, and real-time payment settlement.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- You have to onboard merchants on Zomato platform and help them to engage with their audience
- You have to build an in-depth understanding of the restaurants in different cities and sign up the right set of a restaurant to make them partner
- Efficiently solve the problems make a smart decision to take a competitive advantage
- You have to manage and grow long term relationship with merchants
- You have to analyze data ensure day to day growth of your merchants business
- You have to own all aspect of Merchant satisfaction and help their problems, solve issues, troubleshoot, etc
- you have to manage end to end relationship including negotiation teaching contracting, dealing result, tracking collection, troubleshooting, etc
Who can Apply for This Job:
- Those who have 0 to 3 years of experience
- Those who have experience in B2B sales
- Those who have an initiative and personal leadership
- Demonstrating the ability to comfortable working in large multiple cultures
- Comfortable with ambiguity and unpredictable work hours
- Those who are present table data-oriented articulate and is able to multitasking
- Fluency in Arabic is a must
